Stumbled over this brilliant nugget today while researching the correct ways to evaluate time values in C#. It is a sofware language, for you non-technical folks.

If you are technical, then let me just say that of course evaluating time values is basic, but sometimes I hit the internets just to make sure I'm following best practice.

Regardless, here's my favorite blog post of the day:

"Is it Mother Date and Father Time? Any way, getting all the different date and time displays working can be imperturbably perplexing at times. You take a look at it in this Windows Console Application."

Imperturbably? It means calm and not easily upset. I'm not sure that was where they wanted to go with that one. As for the splitting of "Anyway", I'll just let that one hang there.
